I'm a small town Washington state girl. I started my fitness journey at a young age playing softball. Eventually I fell in love with running and joined cross country and track. After being a tumbleweed and living all over the state I settled in Tacoma. This is where my love affair for lifting began. I'm addicted to big lifts and good eats.
