It's not work when you're doing something you're passionate about! I love creative people and the creative world. I look for ways to help my clients think beyond today, and try things other people aren't doing. I believe if we never try anything new, we'll always just be a follower; never a leader, a developer, or an inventor of new things!

I love sharing my knowledge and helping to develop new talent. Maybe that's what drew me to Teaching. I'm a College Professor in the recording industry department at a state school. I enjoy teaching students the way I like to learn -- by combining textbook knowledge with real life application and hand's on experience.

Writing is another passion, and I will one day finish the many books I've started over the years. In the meantime, I've taken to Speaking; sharing my insights from what I've learned and what's helped me to grow. It varies in scope from working in the music industry, to dealing with the grieving process, to adjusting to your new normal when your world suddenly downsizes, which is what lead to my new blog, Catching Raindrops in Water Buckets.

My career goal is to keep doing things that interest me; that I'm passionate about, and to build something more than just a name, but rather a legacy I can be proud to leave behind!
