Gloria Kambedha

Gloria Kambedha is the CEO/MD of Greenthos Capital Limited, a company that provides legacy protection solutions through its service offering that includes Wills, trusts, trustee services, and related advisory services. Ms Kambedha is a financial services professional with over 10 years of experience across the insurance, pension, and asset management sectors. She has executive-level experience in transforming and building organizations.

Before she founded Greenthos Capital, Gloria Kambedha worked with UAP Old mutual group, one of the leading financial services groups in Uganda. There, she served in various senior accounting capacities and as UAP Life Insurance’s Head of Finance. Here, she led debt and equity capital raising rounds and engaged with investment managers and strategic partners to assess and allocate investments. Ms Kambedha is well versed in strategy implementation, operations management, and risk management.

Ms. Kambedha is also a recognized business auditor and spent 2 years as an Audit Associate with PriceWaterhouseCoopers working in financial services, oil & gas, and manufacturing industries.

She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Edinburg business school, Herriot watt University. She has a B.Sc. degree in accounting & Finance from Kyambogo University, and is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA-UK). Ms Kambedha is a CFA charter holder.
