I'm the Amazon.ca best-selling author of BYOB: The Unapologetic Guide to Being Your Own Boss which tells you a lot about my vision for my generation. I'm also a licensed financial advisor, untamed human, and the Regional Director at a Silicon Valley FinTech called Hearsay Systems.

I'm all about leadership, freedom and social business.

If you can't already tell, I pour my heart and truth into what I do! My life's work is a manifestation of what I consider meaningful and fun; so, I tossed work life balance out the window and pursued its integration.

That is why I would be remiss if I didn't declare myself the grateful wife and business partner of Ricardo McRae. We even did a TedX talk together back in 2015, right before our son was born.
