Am focused on supporting others and helping them shine. I believe that through sharing my life experiences, I am able to encourage someone, give hope to those that think they deserve less because so many people are suffering in silence. Since 2018 I have had the opportunity of being on one of the biggest Christian radio stations in Kampala (Spirit FM) on a program called Beauty for Ashes where I have been able to share about real-life issues that identify with the youths. This has led to transformation of lives.

I am currently working with Indigenous Advance Call Center as a Customer Service Representative. I have a courteous and friendly disposition when interacting with customers irrespective of their temperament or mood. Enthusiastic call center agent, seeking to leverage proven customer service skills for Speedy Collect. Providing excellent customer satisfaction both in person and on the phone.

I possess reporting skills, record management skills, able to pay attention to detail, administrative skills in addition to human resource development and management skills.

I am a small business owner currently living in kampala. My interests range from cooking to travel. I am also interested in volunteering.
