Gloria Vang

Gloria Vang is a Hmong American woman who was born and raised in Minnesota. Ever since her parents took her and her whole family on their first trip to Laos, she caught a travel bug and has been to many places across the globe. Getting to experience all these places allowed her to learn so much about the world and the people living on it. As she encounters new destinations, she enjoys keeping frozen memories in photographs and the sense of adventure. Traveling is when she feels the most alive, just like how Princess Jasmine felt when flying on the magic carpet for the first time. Yet for Gloria, it’s the airplanes that show her a whole new world. She is a student getting her bachelor’s in Hospitality and Tourism at St. Cloud State University. She hopes that it would open doors for her to take on more adventures, to one day see the rest of the world.
