I am a Yoga teacher, Tantra Teacher, and Meditation Instructor currently living in Helsinki.
I have studied yoga more than a decade. I have focused mainly on traditional hatha-yoga, tantra-yoga and vinyasa-flow asana practice, as well as yoga philosophy, the art of pranayama and meditation. I currently teach yoga classes in Helsinki and in depth weekly tantra course online in English.
