I have been training with Gloria since early February 2012! I already lost 6 lbs in February and 6 lbs in March 2012, by training 2x a week. Before starting with Gloria, I was typically losing only 1-2 lbs a month. I love my training sessions, which push me to my limit and are really fun!!! Even with knee and back issues, Gloria has modified all exercises to take into account my health issues. I am loving exercising again and am meeting all of my personal goals!
