I am a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Public Health, University of Calabar, Nigeria, with 7+ years of University teaching experience. Multi-talented with interdisciplinary knowledge, skills and competencies in Public Health, Nursing Science, Oto-Rhino-Laryngology, and actively involved in public health/gender-based violence research and other community services. I am a Fellow of the West African College of Nursing and “The Network: Towards Unity for Health”.

🏆 2008 to 2016 - Served as Founding Programme Coordinator and CEO of the only School of Post-Basic Ear, Nose and Throat Nursing in Southern Nigeria

🏆 September 2009 - Earned accreditation for the ENT School by the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria within 15 months.

🏆 Increased the number of trained ENT nurses in the Southern region of Nigeria by up to 2000%

🏆 2009 and 2016- Lead Examiner for ENT Qualifying Examinations, Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria

🏆 November 2011- Recipient of commendation letter from the Management of the University of Calabar Teaching Hospital for commitment to work, honesty and integrity.
