Gluten Free Gretchen

Hey everybody!

My name is Gretchen and I’m here to give you the trials and tribulations of my 20something life and my gluten free journey. I love my family and friends more than anything and hope I never disappoint them. I was born and raised in small town Iowa (yes we do have electricity and running water for those of you who did not know).

Other random things I love: good ice cream (I am an ice cream snob), being on the lake, college basketball, traveling, “me time”, nights with my girls, and a good book.

Things I dislike: improper use of their/there/they’re, extremely long and utterly cold winters, slimy and creepy crawly things, liars, and the fact that it is 2014 and I still can’t teleport.
