Glyn Marston has long been titled as an Ambassador for his region due to his feats of ULTRA DISTANCE RUNNING- such as running across the GRAND CANYON from the North rim to the South rim, breaking numerous World records for treadmill running- including the 7 day world treadmill record, running in races of 150 miles non stop running (whereas it has been known for certain runners to quit before reaching the ten mile check point on the same race) and raising over £120,000 for charity from running in over 100 Marathons around the World. With numerous radio and tv appearances and being a subject of a BBC documentary ( Can't stop .... exercising), it is understandable why the name of Glyn Marston has been instrumental in promoting Walsall all over the world. Glyn Marston is a Qualified Dodgeball coach and spends his time training Dodgeball and helping to keep the community a fit and healthier region.
