I live and work in North London, I am trained and interested in so many things, some of which, I will list here!

I am trained in Hypnotherapy, Rapid Eye Technology, Emotional Freedom Techniques, Business and Life Coaching, Myers Briggs Type Indicator, Neuro Linguistic Programming. I am also a trained Therapists Supervisor and I am sponsor of BNNL (Business Networking North London).

I am also a trained Celebrant: Wedding, Handfasting and Vow Renewals, Baby and Adult Naming, Funerals of Loved Ones Including Pets, Living Funerals, Accompanied and Unaccompanied Ashes Scattering and Memorialisation

I have interests in Psychology, the Mind, Body connection, Poetry and Art, I love my family and look forward to increasing my knowledge in areas that I know and areas that I don’t (yet!)

I am fascinated by people and how they tick, I see my work as an extension of my art as I help people create ‘others’ ways of being for themselves, in their lives and in their businesses.
