Hey there,

I’m Gerasimos, an infosecurity consultant based in Athens, Greece. I’ve spent the past decade operating at the intersection of WordPress, incident response, and threat intelligence. Social engineering is in my DNA, and I’m at my best during focused late-night work sessions where complex problems get untangled.

I previously ran FixMyWP and HostMyWP, providing managed hosting, security hardening, and hack recovery services for WordPress site owners and bloggers. Over the years, I’ve worked extensively in malware cleanup, vulnerability remediation, and post-incident recovery across hundreds of WordPress environments.

I remain deeply involved in the WordPress ecosystem. I co-organized WordCamp Athens in 2016 and 2017, delivered a workshop on cleaning hacked WordPress sites at WordCamp Athens 2019, and regularly speak about WordPress security at local meetups.

Today, I’m building several focused security initiatives:

• Am I Hacked — A data-breach intelligence and recovery service helping individuals and businesses understand whether their data has been exposed, and what to do next. Beyond breach detection, I assist with malware removal, account recovery, and digital asset restoration.
• IntelHunt.io — A threat intelligence platform that transforms raw security reports and logs into structured, analyst-friendly dashboards. It focuses on actionable insights: threat actors, IOCs, attack timelines, and MITRE ATT&CK mapping.
• SudoWP — A security-driven project that audits, patches, and maintains abandoned or vulnerable WordPress plugins. The goal is simple: reduce supply-chain risk in the WordPress ecosystem through responsible hardening and transparent GitHub-based.
