My name is Iñaki Crespo from Bilbao in Spain. I am now based in Radcliffe-On-Trent, Nottinghamshire, United Kingdom where I have my Studio. My first attempts were when I was seven years old and three porcelain clowns attracted my attention and I decided to paint them one by one on canvas. My work has experienced a huge transformation and I have been through a variety of periods, techniques and styles.

Ihave had exhibitions in spain, mainly in Bilbao. In 1996 I took the challenge of coming to United Kingdom, a place which I always found inspirational.

I have sold my work to private collectors, institutions and i have done commission work as well. I located to Granada southern Spain in 2007 where i continued painting and also taught drawing and painting to children and people in the local area.
