He has represented, amongst others, the alleged fifth bomber in the 21/7 attempted suicide bombings (hung jury). He also conducted the defence of a serving “lifer” who it was alleged attempted to murder the Serb war criminal Radislav Krstic (secured an acquittal).

As well as terrorism cases, he is regularly instructed in serious crime and has a wealth of experience in homicide, organised crime and gang-related cases. This includes a number of cases centering on the principle of joint enterprise. He also regularly defends in large scale conspiracy cases ranging from violence to drugs, fraud and armed robbery.
