I am an undergraduate student at UNLV studying to become a secondary English teacher. I chose this career because I would like to help students find their own unique voice through their writing.

I'm currently a GoToCollege Ambassador with the Nevada System of Higher Education through my volunteer service at AmeriCorps. The GoToCollegeNevada.org campaign helps students from K-12 prepare for college. As an Ambassador, I go out into the community to answer any questions about college, provide resources to those who need it, and promote higher education.
