Leadership is the difference maker and the deal breaker. It’s how we grow organizations. It’s how we impact lives. But, as you also know, leadership cannot be an idea we simply talk about; leadership is the action we must live out.

As a John Maxwell Certified Coach, Teacher and Speaker, I can offer you workshops, seminars, keynote speaking, and coaching, aiding your personal and professional growth through study and practical application of John’s proven leadership methods. Working together, I will move you and/or your team or organization in the desired direction to reach your goals.

In addition to my involvement with the John Maxwell Team, I am committed to the local community and working to provide value to those around me. As a proud Eagle Scout, I am actively involved with the Boy Scouts of America, Rotary International, ShelterBox USA, as well as other non-profit and charitable organizations. As a former Division I lacrosse player from Drexel University, I have a passion for working with youth and teaching them the game of lacrosse, most recently serving as coach for one of the local high school teams.

I live in a small town in Lancaster County, PA with my wife Diane, our daughter Dani, and our dog Baxter. We are grateful for the talents and blessings that God has given us and enjoy sharing His gifts with others. Together, we enjoy hiking, biking, kayaking and visiting with friends and family, both near and far.
