With a record of business and board achievements spanning corporate and not-for-profit organizations, including scaling the Global Service Delivery and Corporate Operations teams for Vision Critical’s 3X rise in revenue to $150M and 2X increase in staff to almost 1000 over a 5-year period, Ashira is equally adept at HR overhauls and divisional profit revamps. She reduced time-to-hire by 60% and boosted online applications 10 times over for Vision Critical and decreased onboarding from 3 months to 2 weeks and positioned Grey Worldwide for their first profit in 5 years while doubling revenue and catalyzing organizational growth from 45 to 120 personnel.

Most recently Ashira served as SVP of Corporate Operationsfor Vision Critical, after being recruited to drive an end-to-end operational transformation. Leading a team of 120, she helped position the firm for IPO or exit after wholesale improvements to service delivery, and corporate functions including finance, HR, IT, and global payroll administration.
