I am James Godspower, an Environmental Health Science student at Nnamdi Azikiwe University, dedicated to advancing healthier, more resilient communities across Africa. I coined the disease term choleraphoid and have published research on it, reflecting my commitment to identifying and addressing emerging public health challenges.

My calling lies at the intersection of environmental health, climate action, and disease prevention. I translate research into action—whether through community-based initiatives like tree planting, sanitation projects, and water safety campaigns, or through digital advocacy, public speaking, and writing. I aim to show young people that environmental protection is not abstract—it is urgent, personal, and achievable.

Guided by evidence, empathy, and innovation, I envision a future where sustainable environments directly translate into better health outcomes. My long-term goal is to influence global health and environmental policy, contributing to organizations like the World Health Organization (WHO) to build healthier, resilient, and thriving communities across Africa and beyond.
