Godwin Nii Armah Okine is a writer, journalist, blogger, public relations specialist, and fixer, born and raised in Accra, Ghana. Godwin graduated from the Ghana Institute of Journalism, obtaining a Bachelor of Arts (BA) Degree in Communication Studies in 2014. Godwin majored in journalism.

Following graduation, Godwin worked with the Association of National Olympic Committees of Africa (ANOCA) and the International Sports Press Association (AIPS) as a student journalist, covering the 2014 African Youth Games in Gaborone, Botswana. In 2014, Godwin joined GhanaCelebrities.com, Ghana's leading entertainment tabloid, starting as sports editor. He later became a features and entertainment editor and, in 2017, was named Managing Editor of the Publication. Godwin joined YEN.com.gh in May 2025.

Godwin also works as a public relations practitioner with Via Fame PR, specializing in crisis and reputation management. Alongside Chris-Vincent Agyapong, Founding Editor of GhanaCelebrities.com and Via Fame PR, he leads a team of crack PR professionals who have intervened in and successfully managed numerous crises on behalf of several top Ghanaian politicians, celebrities, business leaders, and others.

In his spare time, Godwin works as a fixer for foreign journalists on assignment in Ghana, using his extensive network of contacts and intimate knowledge of the local terrain to guide journalists primarily from Denmark and Sweden to successfully cover numerous stories ranging from the religious, cultural, political, economic, and other sectors of Ghanaian society. Godwin is also a freelance writer for hire who has helped countless students craft their college application essays for successful admission into foreign universities.
