Howdy! My name is Shubham Goel. I live in Virginia, United States. Software Development Engineer by profession. Graduated from Texas A&M University, College Station (A proud Aggie!!).

I am a technology and life enthusiast. I enjoy diving deep into technologies and keep myself updated to latest IT trends. Having worked on a wide range of technology set ranging from obsolete, IBM Mainframes to evergreen, Java/J2EE to hottest, Big Data, I have deep interest in expanding my knowledge in software engineering.

I like pushing my limits and live a bigger life. I am a long distance runner and a huge follower of sports including American Football, NBA, and Cricket. I have huge interest in travel and adventure sports. I like hiking, kayaking, skiing, snorkeling, and many other adventure activities. I'm strictly Hollywood movie person with inclination towards true stories, thrillers, and documentaries.

I have traveled most of the famous places in India, however, I am still an aspiring traveler and I wish to travel several countries. Travelling to Alaska, Norway, and New Zealand are my dream destinations.
