Hi, I'm Jo Anne Joseph, and welcome to my catering company, GoGetters06 llc.
I have been putting my heart into cooking from the time I was 12 years old. In Trinidad everyone I knew could cook, and in my house we made good food, the right way, every time! By the time I started cooking Sunday lunch, I had to bring my ‘A’ game; had to put my whole heart in it!

My siblings and parents were possessed of utterly discriminating palates, and the rules were simple! Don’t burn, over-salt, or under-season anything! And for God’s sake, do not ever let the pepper burst in the callaloo!

When I came to the States with an armload of college credits and a vague dream of a new life, I did not actually plan on going to culinary school – I simply gave in to the pushy well-fed roommates! Let’s just say it was destiny.
I call America home but Trinidad and Tobago is my soul… and I just can’t help the whole “heart in it” thing! At GoGetters06 llc we love our clients and it shows – after all, they hug us when we arrive…and can hardly bear to let go when we have to leave!
