Since 2017, I have been innovating HR-focused products for Profession.hu Ltd. My main responsibility is identifying recruitment-related challenges in the market where the company currently lacks or offers insufficient solutions. My work spans the entire end-to-end process, from problem research and validation to complete design, development (utilizing AI models), market introduction, and sales. One of my products won the HRBest Gold Award in 2019.
