Jonathan is a Partner with the law firm FisherBroyles (www.fisherbroyles.com), where he focuses on all aspects of complex commercial litigation, employment law and litigation, and ERISA litigation. As an experienced trial lawyer, he has successfully represented numerous clients in federal and state courts in matters involving claims of retaliation, discrimination, wrongful termination, fraud, breach of fiduciary duty and breach of contract, and has extensive experience litigating and advising clients with respect to advancement and indemnification proceedings, civil RICO, whistleblower actions, defamation litigation, and executive compensation. Jonathan also concentrates on and advises US and multinational companies and executives in all aspects of employment law, and is a trained and skilled mediator. Jonathan also serves as the President and Chair of the Board (and is a Co-Founder) of Cherub Improv (www.cherubimprov.org), a 501(c)(3) non-profit that partners with hospitals, senior homes, homeless shelters, and other charitable programs and organizations to perform and teach short-form improv and musical improv comedy. Cherub Improv has provided over 1300 free improv comedy events during its more than 8 years of existence, and Jonathan has personally performed in and led hundreds of them.
