CHAPTERMENTS for 2015 First International Competition for popular music "The Golden Trophy" 2015 - Bourgas, Bulgaria is organized by "Levon Manukyan Collegium Musicum" and will take place from August 152014 to August 292015 GRAND PRIX - € 1,000 TERMS 1. The objective of the contest is to preserve and promote the finest traditions of the Bulgarian pop song aroundthe world. 2. The competition is held in the following categories: - Individual performers - to 18-year age - Individual artists - over 18 years of age - Duets - no age restrictions Note 1: The age is determined as of August 29th2015 Note 2:Each participant is allowed to appear in both categories - "Individual Artist" and "Duet". 3. The competition is held in three rounds. 4. Performers in all categories present 2 songs of their choice. 5. Participation fee for the category "Individual contractors” isin the amount of € 40, and for the category "Duet" - € 60 (total for both participants). FIRST ROUND Those who wish to participate in the Contest, must sendtheir professional and semi-professional audio or video recordings of two songs with optional contrasting nature (fast and slow)for the First Round. Deadline: from August 15th, 2014 - January 31st, 2015 email: [email protected] A professional jury listensto all entries received within the deadline and select up to 50 artists in each category who will pass into the second round. Results will be announced on 15 February 2015onwww.levonmanukyan.com/golden Songs of Bulgarian participants will be uploaded to the competition website and the public will be able to vote viaSMSfrom February 15 to March 15, 2015 . The winner will be announced on March 16, 2015 and he/she willreceive a 3-dayseasideholiday during the competition and participation in the Gala concert on August 29, 2015 This member will compete on an equal footing for the final third round. All participants who pass the second roundwill receive a list of Bulgarian songsby the organizers. Participants must a song from the list that they would like to perform if they pass to the third round. The list of songs will be sent on 16 February, and applicants should indicate their choice by 15 March 2015on [email protected] Withinaseven-dayperiodthey will receive the originalrecording, instrumental version and lyrics of the song (with transcripts in English for foreignerscontestants). 7.SECOND ROUND All contestants admitted to the second round willaudition in front of a professional jury with the songs they have performedin the first round. The 12 participantswill be chosen to continue to the next round. The second round will be held in front of an audience in Bourgas (Bulgaria) from 26 to 28 august 2015 The schedule will be announced on July 25, 2015 on the official website of the competition: www.levonmanukyan.com/golden 8 THIRG ROUND 12 participants, who will perform two songs each will perform in this round- the first song chosen from the songs in the Second round, the second song chosen from the list of Bulgarian songs The final round will be held on the stage of The Summer Theater in Burgas in front of a live audience on 29 August. Records of winners will be made on 30 August. 9. AWARDS The jury will select the winners of the First, Second and Third place in each category, and the winner of the "Golden trophy." An “Audience Choice” award for the best performance of Bulgarian song by a foreignerwill be given. - All contestants of the second round will be awarded diplomas for participation and extra awards: the sponsors’ awards,awards for the youngest participant, awards for the most attractive performer - All participants who continue in the third round will receive The Laureate title. The International Competition "Golden Trophy" "will award the following prizes for each category: - I-st prize -diplom, plaque / trophy and a professional recording of two songs from the competition. One song will be included in the "Golden Trophy" promotional CD - 2016 - II-nd prize - a diploma, a medal / trophy and a professional recording of a song from the competition. It will be included in the "Golden Trophy" promotional CD - 2016 - III-rd prize - a diploma, a medal / trophy and a professional recording of a song from the competition. It will be included in the "Golden Trophy" promotional CD - 2016 - Prize "Golden Trophy" (Grand Prix) - € 1,000, a Trophy and the recording of six songs that will be presented in a independent CDof the Grand Prix participant for advertising purposes.
