Hi, my name is David Kay and I design exercise programmes that condition golfers specifically for the game of golf, and in doing so reduce their risk of injury. Using detailed assessments and personalised programming, the individual issues of each golfer can be identified and addressed. My aim is to improve the function of the individual, proper self conditioning is pivotal for the golfer in their quest for improved performance. The clubs don't play the game, the golfer does!
