Lauren Jolly

Alright, here goes: I am Lauren Jolly and yes, I AM "jolly" all the time! I try to stay positive even when the lemons that life hands me are a little bruised and squishy. Not all of my lemons are bad, though. I wouldn't even say most of them are bad: I have a super amazing family, a sweet and sexy boyfriend, a little baby kitten (ok she's 1.5 years old. get off my back!), and lots more to be thankful for (is that cheesy to say this close to Thanksgiving?). But recently, one thing that has me all giddy inside is my passion for photography. I have always had interest in the medium, but recently it hit me that I could make a career out of it. Wait, you can actually make money doing something that you love? You mean to tell me that I DON'T have to sit a desk in a tiny cubicle surrounded by boring people all day long for the rest of my life? You're joking right? No, seriously, I'm gonna do it! I am still in the super-duper early stages of this master plan (I'm talking infant stages-like not even crawling yet), but it is totally gonna happen! I have the drive, the talent and the know-how, or at least this is what I am trying to convince myself of on a daily basis. It's a big world out there, but I am ready to take it on!
