Maricel Gomez works as one of the administrator of Dlinkers SEO Company. Her primary roles are managing its people and at the same time the head of quality control team. She is also responsible in gathering for talented and skilled individuals that can work without limits at Dlinkers. She always gives time to make feedbacks to that employee who needs improvement and have them guided on what to do. She never stops motivating them to achieve their goals since she always emphasize that what is needed is the quality of output.

She has also a big participation in creating bigger plans for this SEO services company. Together with her husband, Al Gomez, they always look for solution that can best provide a strategic solution for their client’s websites and can support their mission. She continually leads their employees to reach for their goals.

She is also currently taking up her Master in Business Management to sharpen her management skills.
