Psychologist in Cleveland, Ohio
Hello, I’m Gon Erez, currently based in Cleveland, Ohio. My professional journey is deeply rooted in a blend of psychology, economics, and nonprofit management. Originally from Israel, I served as a Human-Rights Officer in the IDF Spokesperson’s Unit. This role was pivotal in shaping my understanding of human rights and the complex dynamics of conflict resolution.
At the age of 30, I moved to the U.S. to broaden my horizons and continue my education. I hold a Bachelor's degree from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev and a Master’s in Nonprofit Management from Gratz College. I’m also pursuing an MSW at Eastern University, further deepening my commitment to understanding and enhancing community welfare through structured social work.
Professionally, I’ve transitioned into freelance business consulting, leveraging my expertise to help nonprofit organizations achieve their strategic goals. I specialize in integrating efficient business practices into nonprofit settings, enhancing their capabilities without compromising their core values.
Outside of work, I’m passionate about the outdoors. I enjoy snowboarding, hiking, and sailing, which allow me to disconnect and rejuvenate. These activities help me maintain a balanced lifestyle, ensuring I’m always energized and ready to tackle new challenges.
