I met Terry Gontz on a blind date. To say the least our first date was very interesting. That evening Terry told me he was going to marry me. A little over a year later we were married. We have 4 sons and 10 grandchildren. Our marriage wasn't made in heaven but God has kept us together for over 45 years. We like to go camping, flea marketing and spend a lot of time on the golf course. My real estate career started in 1982. In 1981 a Real Estate broker approached me about becoming an agent. I had never given it a thought but am grateful I did become an agent and an associate broker. My career in real estate has truly been a blessing. Over the years I have met some wonderful people from all walks of life. The market has had its ups and downs (18% interest in the 1980's) but I love this job. I have experienced a lot in the different markets, being a sellers’ or a buyers’ market. Modern technology has changed how we do business but it is still a people business. My approach with potential clients is to take a personal interest - taking personal interest in clients results in a win-win situation. I try my best to listen carefully, understand, and evaluate your housing needs. I am a true believer in education. When I first meet a client we spend time getting to know each other and explaining the process of making a move. I am known among my peers for being productive, practical, dependable, and organized. My husband, Terry, is also a licensed agent. He does behind the scene things for me.
