Once someone told me that life is like a movie, but the idea is that you'll be the main character of your own one. That's why I decided to leave the comfort zone over and over.

This time, after many years working as an economist in one of the most reputable institutions in my country, I decided to start almost from scratch. As a family we moved to Bordeaux, took our luggage and settle in a new city. We left behind our big house, tons of rememberings... and an almost solved life.

I always wanted to make a shift in my career, and all the time I was attracted to the wine and its industry. Despite my age and the natural fears in this stage of my life -I'm close to 40-, I decided to take the risk and make the change. I've enrolled in the Master of Vineyard and Winery Management at Bordeaux Sciences Agro, acquiring the fundamentals to work in amazing world.

Who am I? Professionally I'm an engineer with a master degree in economics, with a solid experience at the Central Bank in macroeconomic forecasts and internacional analysis. This experience let's me think that I have a global and analytical vision to understand and solve problems. The responsibilities inherent in my last position let me even to lead teams and work under pressure constantly. I have some academic experience, which has helped me improve my communication skills, I used to be the shy guy who wasn't like to speak in public.

Personally, I'm married with two kids -yes, negotiation skills are here!-. I love to travel, I have traveled alone, as a couple and with children to many countries and wine regions in the world. All this has made me a flexible person who accepts and adapts to changes. I also love learning new stuff, I think life is a bit about that... and sometimes is about assembling legos and drawing with my kids.

I am available, if you want to contact me, for a coffee or maybe to taste some wines.
