Gonzalo Mejia has been a certified group fitness instructor since 2002. He is currently a trainer at Timed Exercise but also teaches Spinning, Zumba, TRX and 300.
Originally from Lima, Peru, Gonzalo studied Engineering at the Universidad Catolica. He combines his professional work with his love for fitness. He has additional training in peak perfomance coaching, endurance training and mind/body strenght development.
Gonzalo has also worked as a motivational speaker and cultural awareness trainer. He has completed several races, including half-marathons, marathons and sprint triathlons.
