Scientist and Postdoc in Göttingen, Germany
I’m a Postdoctoral Researcher at the European Molecular Biology Laboratory (EMBL) Heidelberg, Germany working under the supervision of Oliver Stegle. Previously I was an EMBO Long Term Postdoctoral Fellow at the Max Planck Institute for Biophysical Chemistry in Göttingen, Germany under the supervision of Johannes Soeding.
I received my Licenciatura in Bioinformatics in Entre Rios University Argentina and my PhD from Buenos Aires University, working at the Protein Physiology Lab (http://proteinphysiologylab.tk/)
You can read my scientific articles with a click on the button above. My research interest are mainly focused on Bioinformatics and Computational Biology. From protein structures, stem cells and protein dynamics to single cell transcriptomics, I work on the development of specific algorithms and tools for biological data analysis.
Additionally I am deeply involved in developing the Computational Biology Community, mostly collaborating with the ISCB Student Council (http://www.iscbsc.org/).
