Currently I am a postdoctoral researcher at the Barcelona Supercomputing Center under the supervision of Prof. Alfonso Valencia. Previously I was an EMBO Long Term Postdoctoral Fellow at the Max Planck Institute for Biophysical Chemistry in Göttingen, Germany under the supervision of Johannes Soeding and at the European Molecular Biology Laboratory (EMBL) Heidelberg, Germany working under the supervision of Oliver Stegle.

I received my Licenciatura in Bioinformatics in Entre Rios University Argentina and my PhD from Buenos Aires University, working at the Protein Physiology Lab (http://proteinphysiologylab.tk/)

You can read my scientific articles with a click on the button above. My research interest are mainly focused on Bioinformatics and Computational Biology. From protein structures, stem cells and protein dynamics to single cell transcriptomics, I work on the development of specific algorithms and tools for biological data analysis.

Additionally I am deeply involved in developing the Computational Biology Community, mostly collaborating with the ISCB Student Council (http://www.iscbsc.org/).
