Life moves a little slower these days, and I’ve come to appreciate that. After years of service and hard work, I value the simple things more than ever: good people, honest conversations, and the freedom to live life on my own terms.

I believe in respect, integrity, and being there when someone needs a hand. The uniform may be hung up, but the mindset never leaves.

These days I spend much of my time writing, creating, and exploring new ideas.
