Familiarity with cleanroom fabrication of semiconductor devices with techniques such as wet and dry etching, metal and dielectric materials deposition, and lithographic patterning methods with analytical analysis using various instruments (SEM, TEM, STEM, XRF, XPS, XRD, AFM, Raman Spect., and various others) handling for 4+ years. Well-versed in various programming skills (C, C#, Visual C, Visual Basic, Python) and EDA tools( Synopsis TCAD, Silvaco TCAD, Cadence digital tools, MatLab ). I have knowledge of Verilog, SystemVerilog, VHDL, Cadence analog tools, LabView).
I am also interested in jobs in the domains of Nanotechnology, Photonics, Telecommunications, Robotics, and IoT. My personal interests range from various engineering technologies to Sciences.
