Gordon is a leading executive transition coach, agent and author who has helped hundreds of leaders achieve business and career success. Gordon catapults clients to success through his Right Person/Right Approach social networking methodology and engagement of his own powerful expert community. Born from the analysis of 1000s of introductions Gordon has facilitated and observed, this methodology is the foundation for his recent book Well Connected, An Unconventional Approach to Building Genuine Effective Business Relationships (Wiley/Jossey-Bass). He is also one of Boston World Partnerships' selected Connectors. Prior, Gordon served as Director of Career Services and Alumni Relations at Boston College Carroll Graduate School of Management and in senior executive transition coaching and training roles at MIT Sloan School of Management, Right Management Consultants, Boston University Corporate Education Center and Polaroid Corporation’s Global Transition Center.
