Kudzai Goremusandu is a strategic, innovative, dynamic, goal getter and enterprising social entrepreneur . He is a holder of a finance degree from the University of Zimbabwe whose key area of specialty is organisational strategic management and information communication technology systems. His precocious business acumen has made him an asset in the Zimbabwean land sector.
He is the first ever university student (2014) to have a business program entitled “ BUSINESS LEADERSHIP INSIGHTS “on Star FM (the biggest private radio station in Zimbabwe )that attracts the attention of executives , company founders , church leaders and business experts. He has branded all the concepts into one forceful strategy to help Zimbabwean businesses exploit opportunities abroad.
Kudzai has authored many business and leadership related articles which have been published in Zimbabwe by Sunday Mail Zimbabwe in the business section and also in United Kingdom.
He has an African Business Leadership Program that is awaiting approval from M Net South Africa and Southern Africa Broadcasting Association in Namibia. The program will attract the attention of renowned business people in Africa such as Patrice Motsepe of South Africa, Strive Masiyiwa of Zimbabwe, Reginald Mengi of Tanzania, Mo Ibrahim of Sudan to name just a few.
Kudzai is the former in Zimbabwe National Association of Finance and Banking Students President. He is the head of all other finance and banking association within all state universities. He is the founding president.
I am an author of a leadership and entrepreneurship book entitled “LEADERSHIPRENUER” This book is about the missing ingredient in emerging leaders’ leadership and entrepreneurship development. It’s about the elusive link between talent, titles, and leadership.
