Leon Gork

Jerusalem, Israel

My dear mother, who I called "Ma" or "Mom" was born and bred in S.Africa, something a little out of the ordinary in the 1940's, bore me at the famous Krugersop Hospital, now known as the Dadoo hospital in recognition of the new democratic, black government instead of the repressive white government that ruled the beautiful land of South Africa I beheld, without known it, looking into my mother's eyes, the person I expected to recieve kindness from for the coming years of my life until I would go out into the tough world which I saw as kind, gentle and beautiful. 73 years, despite difficulties, personal and world wide haven't been able to change my view. This is a wonderful world, all we need to do is to love it and everything and everybody in it.
