Harmonica Player since 2004, disciple of Harmonica virtuoso Dr. Babita Basu, Stood 2nd Nationally in All India Harmonica Competition, organized by IHA, regular performer to various Television Channels Like Star Jalsha, Zee Bangla etc. & Radio Channels Like Akashvani Kolkata (AIR FM Rainbow), Radio Mirchi 98.3FM, Red FM, Radio JU etc. & Stages all over India. Known for unique style of Harmonica playing of Rabindra Sangeet & experimental medleys. Gourab is currently attached to the ethnic musical group - "Disha Sanskritik Sanstha".
He has done my B.Tech in Electronics & Communication Engineering from West Bengal University of Technology.
Beside being a Harmonica player, he is a School Teacher too (Chandigachha Bidhan Chandra Govt. School, Hooghly, WB, IN).
