Ten years ago, I walked into a conflict-affected community in West Africa with a mandate to create economic opportunity where hope had all but disappeared. Today, that same community hosts youth-led enterprises, trained facilitators, and a replicable model of resilience — the Zero-Tolerance Village Alliance that has since informed programme design across the region.

I am a PMD Pro-certified humanitarian and development professional with a decade of experience designing, managing, and scaling multi-sector programmes across West Africa's most fragile contexts. I partner with governments, the private sector, civil society, and donors including the European Union, UNDP, USAID, and Grand Challenges Canada to deliver interventions that produce lasting results: sustainable, measurable, conflict-sensitive, and gender-responsive.

My work sits at the intersection of youth economic inclusion, entrepreneurship development, policy advisory, and strategic partnerships. Over a decade, I have:

→ Reached 10,000+ direct beneficiaries through multi-sector programmes across hard-to-reach environments
→ Managed multi-million-euro programme budgets consistently delivered on time, within budget, and beyond scope
→ Pioneered the Zero-Tolerance Village Alliance (ZTVA) model — a conflict-sensitive, community-led development framework now replicable across fragile contexts
→ Engaged high-level stakeholders across 15+ national and international institutions, including the Embassies of Japan, Canada, and Spain
→ Built institutional capacity by certifying 7 colleagues as PMD Pro professionals — raising organisational project management standards sector-wide
→ Advanced youth entrepreneurship and market access at the intersection of AfCFTA and SDG frameworks
