I am a Director of Information Services at West Interactive Corporation, with over 10 years of experience in design, architecture, and integration of Enterprise grade technologies and user-intuitive smart technologies. I am also a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt focused on Strategic Innovation and Business Process Optimization.

I love Big Ideas – especially the planning, logistics, and process dynamics required for successful execution of these ideas. I have demonstrated this by initiating and leading several corporate-wide strategic initiatives, achieving as much as 35 – 40% optimizations overall, and up to 85% in some processes.

I currently lead diverse teams starting from requirements gathering all the way to ensuring accuracy and quality, making me engaged throughout the software development life cycle – both Agile and waterfall. Since my teams consume what they also produce, I have utilized this powerful feedback loop for continuous improvement, both for upstream and downstream customers.

I constantly analyze processes and search for repeating patterns of opportunities for improvement by looking at the measured data, analytics, and graphs, usually on pretty dashboards and trend graphs. User Experience and Context-Awareness are key components of my design philosophy and architecture style, and my user-intuitive smart applications, patents, and publications are a testament to this effect.
