How can I ask for an inspection of my order?

You may send a mail giving details of the place and date of Inspection, along with the order copy. After contacting the supplier, the date will be finalized and an Inspector will visit the factory and conduct the Inspection as per the requirement.

What happens when the inspection is complete?

The full and final Inspection Report will be uploaded to the buyer within 24 hours of the Inspection for online checking. The buyer will also receive On Site Inspection Summary immediately after the completion of Inspection by email, which is jointly signed by the Supplier and the Inspector.
