Hi, I'm Grace Carruthers. Welcome to my page to learn a little information about me. I am an effective leader because I have started and own a social enterprise/ it's a business to help people and I'm mentioning this as I'm good at making plans for events and I'm suitable for being in this leadership class as I have completed lots of things, I have goals, I'm very positive, trying to do the right things no matter what. My social enterprise/business is to raise money to buy and send over medical supplies to Idlib,Syria. I have lots of initiatives and goals that help me pursue life being helpful etc.
My qualities are enthusiasm, very happy, love to help people by making them comfortable, being by people to help them with what is necessary. I will below more of my qualities. I'm accountable,efficient, I have good time management skills, I prepare things accordingly and I focus on each step until I reach every goal to help others.
