Vancouver, BC

Having been in the world of Experiential Marketing for the last 12 years, I have worked with a number of different clients such as Procter & Gamble, Labatts, DaimlerChrysler, Coca-Cola/Minute Maid & Rogers Wireless and Atlantic Canada House during the 2010 Winter Olympics. Having been involved in the ever changing world of experiential marketing for Mosaic, one of North America’s top agencies, I have expert insight in experiential marketing campaigns, employment branding and talent management.

My vast experience in the industry with a specialty in recruiting for and managing candidates and clients alike in Shopper Marketing and large scale events makes me a subject matter expert in today’s marketing and recruiting trends. In my experience, it's proven that a great candidate fit is a well-rounded balance of education, experience and having the right team in the right roles.

It's important for me to honour my Asian heritage and by being a Founding Leader and Director of Marketing at OneAsian, I can continue to identify with my blended Asian roots and Canadian identity. I aspire to be a strong role model for women of Asian heritage.

As an entrepreneur and Event-ologist, I successfully operate a jewelry and accesories business as an Independent Stylist with Stella & Dot I have a variety of clients from mom’s just like me and fashion influencers alike.

I'm a futuristic and focused achiever who leads with significance. My expertise in remote management, strategic sourcing, talent management and trends gives me a unique voice when blogging for Talent Formula about GenY recruiting and motivation.

I share these experiences to others as a Mentor and the current Co-Chair with the Women In Leadership Foundation, Vancouver Chapter and at Beedie School of Business SFU as a Mentor In Business. You can find a snapshot of my life on my new personal blog, The Grace Files.
