I’m a consultant, trainer and independent board member living in Wales, UK.

With governance experience at a national level and personal experience as a social care, health and housing leader and consumer, I bring a uniquely integrated view to board discussions.

I bring to the board my board level analytic and systemic training, commitment to communication, learning and innovation along with my leadership and strategic abilities, collaboration skills, and industry expertise in community and social care.

I consult and train on systemic thinking, engagement, inclusion and board dynamics, social care, health, and housing. I have an interest in systemic thinking digital inclusion, and cybersecurity.

My research interests include dissociation and embodiment and adverse childhood experiences and resiliency across multiple marginalisations.

My field of study in systemic work enables me to work effectively across systems and organisational boundaries to help create environments for people to thrive, in which their mental and physical health is optimised.
