Driven by his faith, and a love of community, Graeme is an activist for social justice and equality.

Graeme is a husband to Emily, who is the lead council commissioner for domestic abuse services for a london borough, and father to two young daughters. He is an active member of his local church, and as a family, they are deeply embedded in their community and the development of it.

Graeme’s work has enabled him to develop engaged and transformational movements of people that are committed to creating a more just and fair world for everyone, ending extreme poverty and the issues and obstacles that keep them from fulfilling their potential.

Graeme joined All We Can in April 2016 and now serves as the CEO. His role is to lead an innovative team focused on alleviating poverty in some of the world’s poorest communities through dynamic partnerships with local people and organisations.

As an innovative professional, Graeme has worked in a variety of connected leadership roles in the third and private sectors over the last 20 years. Prior to his work with All We Can, Graeme spent several years in the corporate and private sector involved in consultancy and also worked with a range of UK based charities. He has had considerable previous experience in international development and public engagement initiatives in this sector.

Graeme regularly speaks and presents to a variety of audiences, large and small, at events, community and church gatherings and enjoys sharing stories of the people and places that have inspired and shaped his life and convictions.
