I am a licensed and certified, integrative wellness counselor and transpersonal coach. Currently I work part time as an instructor at Rhodes Wellness College which speaks to my love of life longing learning, healing and personal growth. My practice is rooted in somatic practices, compassion based and trauma-informed. with people to excavate and create a life that aligns with their deepest values and authentic expression, expand nervous system resilience and deepen the capacity for a rich and full embodied experience in life. I work one on one as well as providing support to the LGBTQ and Polyamory community. Amongst my services, I provide consult, mentorship and practicum supervision for counselors.
