Steven Jonathan Grannum

As a leader in the development of how we onboarded health professionals into our local health market I was constantly fascinated by the many people we impact in the course of our work at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Louisiana.

It also became quite obvious how important it is for not only our team to work well together but for us to have the support and buy-in of our entire organization.

My background thankfully includes a breadth of experience including information technology deployment, financial analysis and business process management.

This diverse career path was kick-started with a degree in Mechanical Engineering because I have always been and still am determined to figure out what makes things tick and how they can be improved.

This has led to my firm belief that a company focused on tomorrow must continuously seek to understand how the many parts of their business contribute to successfully fulfilling its purpose as a valuable whole.
