Tamsin Stevenson

Studio TO. is home to me – Tamsin Richardson - a freelance design creative originally from Northern England, now living in Fremantle, Western Australia. After graduating from the prestigious Glasgow School of Art in 2004 with a BA (Hons) in Visual Communication, I gained extensive experience working for creative agencies in Glasgow designing for a diverse range of clients. In 2008 I left Glasgow to travel the world for a year with my husband, Grant. We had the wonderful opportunity of living and volunteering in India, trekking in the Nepalese Himalayas, exploring South East Asia and travelling through Australia and New Zealand in a camper van. An incredible, life changing and creatively inspiring experience. Returning to Glasgow in 2009, I was offered the opportunity to work as a senior designer for a highly successfully home ware and textile company. This new challenge proved to be an incredibly valuable and rewarding experience, learning many new skills and being lucky enough to travel throughout the UK and China. I have been living and designing happily in WA near Fremantle with my husband and two cats since 2011.
