I grew up in Connecticut in the 70s and 80s with a dad who was an orthodontist, a mom who worked as a legal secretary, and a sister a few years older who kept me competitive. Sports and music were big parts of my childhood—tennis, little league, basketball, and playing the drums in concert and jazz bands.

Professionally, I’ve spent over a decade in customer success, account management, and trust and safety. I’ve worked at Ingram Micro, helping clients grow their businesses, and at Sony Interactive Entertainment, protecting PlayStation users from fraud and abuse. I like solving problems, listening closely, and finding ways to make people more successful.

Outside of work, I’m into fantasy sports, organizing events on Meetup, and catching live music, comedy shows, and theater. At the end of the day, I’d describe myself as someone who cares about people, loves teamwork, and always looks for ways to improve the experience for everyone involved.
